Il SISM è lieto di annunciarvi l’apertura del Corso “Basic DisasterSISM”, il cui obiettivo è di fornire ai giovani futuri medici le conoscenze di base di Medicina dei Disastri
Nel corso dell’ultimo secolo si è assistito ad un progressivo aumento degli eventi calamitosi che hanno colpito e devastato non soltanto i paesi in via di sviluppo ma anche i cosiddetti paesi industrializzati . Il trattamento medico degli effetti di un disastro è in realtà uno degli obiettivi più difficili da raggiungere per il personale sanitario. Esso richiede specifiche conoscenze, capacità di gestione, di pianificazione, di flessibilità e di professionalità per garantire un’assistenza di elevato livello in ambienti sfavorevoli. Qualsiasi operatore sanitario, nel corso della propria attività professionale, potrebbe essere costretto a fronteggiare emergenze di questo tipo. La sede locale di Palermo del Segretariato Italiano Studenti in Medicina in collaborazione con il Centro di Ricerca Interdipartimentale in Medicina di Emergenza e dei Disastri e di Informatica applicata alla didattica e alla pratica Medica (C.R.I.M.E.D.I.M.) dell’Università del Piemonte Orientale ha organizzato un corso di formazione in principi generali di gestione sanitaria in caso di eventi disastrosi o maxiemergenze.
Corso DisasterSISM
Il corso, completamente gratuito, è rivolto agli studenti del corso di laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia e in Professioni Sanitarie anno iscritti al SISM per l’anno associativo 2015-2016, per un limite massimo di 30 posti. Per chi non fosse iscritto, ricordiamo che per iscriversi bisogna consegnare al 4° piano del Complesso Didattico “Aule Nuove” 10 euro, 2 fototessere e una fotocopia di un documento di riconoscimento.
In data 09/04/16, alle ore 12:00 sarà possibile iscriversi tramite Google Docs. Il link del modulo verrà reso disponibile in un’altra news.
