La Sede Locale del SISM di Palermo ha l’onore di comunicarvi l’apertura iscrizioni della Campagna Scambi Professional e Research Exchange 2016-2017!
Il Professional & il Research Exchange sono due importanti progetti di mobilità internazionale riconosciuti dall’IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations), alla quale il SISM aderisce come membro effettivo (Full Member).
Essi consentono di trascorrere un’esperienza clinico ospedaliera o di ricerca all’estero per un intero mese, ospiti di una associazione studentesca analoga al SISM, godendo di vitto ed alloggio , e vivendo il quotidiano con studenti di altre nazionalità provenienti da tutto il mondo!
Ma come iscriversi???
Di seguito le istruzioni per l’uso :
Lo studente deve iscriversi innanzitutto al SISM tramite apposito modulo online e successiva consegna dello stesso + pagamento quota associativa
(Vedi sito http://www.palermo.sism.org/ )
Cosa fondamentale iscriversi al gruppo Facebook
https://www.facebook.com/groups/ClerkshipPalermo2012/
1) leggere il bando relativo alla campagna scambi 17/18 BANDO ; leggere le EC delle eventuali mete a cui si è interessati, visibili a questo link Mete Ufficiali.
2)Stampare e consegnare in sede il Modulo Iscrizione alla Campagna Scambi compilato in ogni sua parte e inserendo in alto: il concorso al quale si intende partecipare e la lingua che si intende provare (es. Professional Inglese, Spagnolo, Francese – Research Inglese)+ compilare il MODULO MEDIA PONDERATA per VECCHIO, NUOVO ORDINAMENTO e CALTANISSETTA (si trovano anche in sezione file del gruppo facebook) + inviare una mail agli indirizzi “[email protected]” e “[email protected]” con allegati : piano di studi (scaricabile dal portale studenti, assicuratevi che tutte le materie effettuate siano scritte)+ modulo media ponderata + foto del modulo di iscrizione alla campagna scambi.
N.B. Nel modulo media ponderata, le materie con Lode sono considerate 30,33
IMPORTANTE : per quanto riguarda il modulo media ponderata del nuovo ordinamento, lo studente deve inserire lui stesso i punti bonus materie, quindi vi invitiamo a prendere visione del bando prima di scriverveli.
3)Dopo la consegna del modulo in sede (dal 14 al 18 Novembre) lo studente dovrà pagare il contributo per poter partecipare ai test di lingue (4 Euro per test, considerando Professional Inglese e Research Inglese come due test separati, quindi spesa massima 16 Euro) e ricevere la ricevuta.
4)Lo studente, appena ottenuta la ricevuta del pagamento del/i colloquio/i sarà tenuto a compilare online il modulo google (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ZB804Wu_0U_5rWpo1WEDR39d284tDDsuAO9uqEYJSbU/viewform?usp=sharing&edit_requested=true) in cui dovrà inserire i dati richiesti (nome, cognome, matricola, anno di corso, numero di scambi fatti, pubblicazioni, media, punti bonus materie, eventuali collaborazioni SISM, concorso al quale si partecipa e lingue).
Entro le ore 20,00 del 18-11-2016.
N.B. il modulo online puo essere compilato solo dopo che si ha la ricevuta del pagamento dei colloqui, quindi non provate a compilarlo prima perche vi risulterà impossibile)
N.B. l’errata compilazione del modulo online comporterà l’esclusione dalla partecipazione al concorso.
5)Giorno 18 novembre verrà pubblicato il calendario dei colloqui di lingua (dal 21 al 25 Novembre 2016).
Dopo il 18 Novembre sarà pubblicata graduatoria (senza voto di lingue) per permettere agli studenti di controllare i propri dati e comunicare eventuali errori o imprecisioni nei dati.
6) il 27 Novembre(a seconda di quando finiscono i colloqui di lingue) la graduatoria verrà appesa nella bacheca di fronte la sede del SISM (4° piano aule nuove)
DATE DA RICORDARE:
14 Novembre = inizio iscrizione campagna scambi
18 Novembre ore 14 = chiusura iscrizioni campagna scambi
18 Novembre (tardo pomeriggio) = pubblicazione calendari lingue
21 – 25 Novembre = Colloqui di lingua
27 Novembre (a seconda di quando finiscono i colloqui) = Pubblicazione Gradutarie
